The rich variety of modes offered by the ACM812 enables you to adjust the settings individually to each patient. One of the available modes, NIPPV (Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation), is especially useful during the weaning process since it can serve to progressively reduce the intubation rate. Please note that despite the high weaning rate of the NIPPV mode the success of weaning is lessened if any leakage occurs.

The Inspiratory Hold Option

This device is equipped with the inspiratory hold option that can keep the air in the patient’s lungs for a short period of time. This option allows you to calculate the plateau airway pressure and clear out the accumulated phlegm while making your patient more comfortable and reducing the risk of spreading an infection.

Emergency Power System

The ACM812A has its own internal battery as an emergency power system during a power outage. Rest assured that your patient will be provided with the continuing care they need even in such unpredictable circumstances. Besides remaining fully functional during power outages, this unit is damp-proof, quake-proof, and it has passed the salt fog test proving it is corrosion resistant.
