Optimised Performance and User-friendly Interface

The Biyovent unit is designed for easy configuration, but it is also equipped with a sophisticated monitoring and calibration system that can function completely automatically. Since it is connected with its elaborate compensation system, it is able to intelligently adjust its operation in case of leaks. Leave all the heavy lifting to the Biyovent while focusing on giving your patients the care they need.

Inspiratory Hold and Expiratory Hold options

In addition to the Inspiratory Hold option, the Biyovent has the Expiratory Hold as well. With these options you can reduce the risk of disease transmission by using the Inspiratory Hold to pause the respiratory process and clear out the accumulated phlegm. If you want to measure the pressure within airways you can do so if the alveolar pressure is equal to the pressure at the mouth (in a no-flow state). You can do this by using the Expiratory Hold option.

Traditional and New Modes of Ventilation

Prepare to be impressed at the Biyovent’s rich variety of modes. The modes this ventilator offers can be Pressure Controlled, Smart and Spontaneous, and Volume Controlled. In addition to the modes provided in the table below, the Biyovent also has the Nasal CPAP Mode, the High Flow Oxygen Therapy Mode (2-120 ltr/min), and the Spontaneous Breath Indicator.
